On Saturday I did 31 minutes of Wii Fit. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing, Advanced Soccer Heading twice, and 14 minutes of various strength exercises.

Sunday I did 34 minutes of Wii Fit. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing twice, 10 reps of Jackknives, and Advanced Step.
Monday, February 2, 2009
On Monday I did 36 minutes of Wii Fit. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing twice and 13 minutes of strength exercises.
Tuesday, February 3, 2009
Tuesday I did a total of 37 minutes of Wii Fit. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing, 10 minutes of Super Hula Hoop, Advanced Step, and 8 minutes of strength exercises.

I did 31 minutes of Wii Fit on Wednesday. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing twice and Advanced Step.

This Thursday I did 37 minutes of Wii Fit. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing, Advanced Step, 3 minutes of Super Hula Hoop, and 15 minutes of strength exercises.

Today I did 33 minutes of Wii Fit. I did Expert Rhythmic Boxing twice and 7 minutes of strength exercises.
