You know, I have never really thought about which shoe I put on and tie first before. I just put my shoes on and go -- but after reading your post, I am thinking about it now. I would have to say it goes either way, but I usually put my left shoe on first, whether it is a sandal, boot, dress or tennis shoe. My brother ties his shoes to fit his feet just right, so he can just slip them on and not have to tie them anymore. One thing is for sure, I know I will be paying more attention to it from now on.
