Weekly Wii Fit Wrap Up
I thought it would be interesting to start a weekly wrap up of using Wii Fit, as I know there are many people out there using it to help them get into a routine to lose weight or just get more fit. I am doing more to get fit and get a little bit of exercise in every day. Below is my progress based on the past 7 days. I encourage you to share your weekly progress on these weekly Wii Fit wrap ups, as well.

I did not get around to doing any Wii Fit this day.

This day I only did 13 minutes. I just did the Rythmic Boxing.
Monday, January 12, 2009
On Monday I did 34 minutes. I did some Yoga. I mostly did Aerobic and Balance activities.
Tuesday, January 13, 2009
Tuesday I did 31 minutes. I did mostly Aerobics (Hula Hoop and Rythmic Boxing) on this day. I also did a little Strength and Balance.
Wednesday, January 14, 2009
This was another day this week I did not do Wii Fit. I did go for a 10 minute walk, though.
Thursday, January 15, 2009
On this day I did 30 minutes. I did some Strength and Rythmic Boxing. I did a lot of Balance activities, as well.
Friday, January 16, 2009
Today I did 30 minutes. I do some Yoga and some Balance. For Aerobics I did Rythmic Boxing and Advanced Step.
